• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days)
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days)

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return:

4.2 Refund Processing

• Items with custom engraving
• Used diving equipment (wetsuits, safety gear)
